Prescriptions

Q: How do I transfer my prescriptions to Yancey’s Pharmacy?
A: Transferring your prescriptions is easy! Simply fill out our online form or call us, and we’ll take care of the process for you.

Q: Can I refill my prescriptions online or through an app?
A: Yes! Use the RxLocal App to refill your prescriptions, text us with questions, or manage your medications anytime.

Q: Can you synchronize all my medication refills to be picked up on the same day?
A: Absolutely! Through our Medication Synchronization (Med Sync) program, we’ll coordinate your prescriptions so they’re ready on a single day each month.

Immunizations

Q: What vaccines do you offer?
A: We currently provide flu, shingles, and Tdap immunizations. Contact us to learn more or fill out our Immunization Consent Form to get started.

Q: Do I need an appointment for immunizations?
A: Appointments are not required, but we recommend calling ahead to confirm availability.

A: Dispill is a convenient packaging system that organizes your medications by date and time, helping you take the right medication at the right time.

Q: Do you provide medications for nursing homes or long-term care facilities?
